Do you drink milk?

Hello everybody!! 🙋😊

How are you all? I hope you're well and staying safe in these trying times... As you've noticed I haven't posted anything since last October! Since then, much has changed (and much has stayed the same!!) and I feel like it's time to move on, get back to living our lives again (with care and caution, of course!) and continue to practice English! 😷😎

To start off this September and the new academic year, I've got a very interesting article for you! 😁😁

Do you drink milk? Do you use milk in drinks and when preparing food? Have you tried any plant-based milks, like soy, rice, almond and oat?

Euronews's Green Newletter published an article on a new product, a new plant-based milk made from potatoes!! Made in Sweden created by academic Professor Eva Tornberg at Lund University it is reported that this new potato milk is "suitable for vegans and nut-free, Swedish company DUG has just won a 2021 World Food Innovations Award in the Best Allergy Friendly Product Category for its creation.

Is this the next sustainable milk alternative to dairy? It this the most carbon-friendly to the environment in comparison to other plant-based milks on the market?

Take a look at the article and let me know what you think! The link is here:

Hope you all have a fabulous week and I'll be posting again soon!!

Take care and practice your English!!😊😄😎💖
