So what do these words mean??

espionage (n) = the practice of spying

e.g. He has been charged with espionage so please stay away from him.


espresso (n) = coffee brewed by forcing steam through finely ground darkly roasted coffee beans.

e.g. I think I'll have an espresso. I prefer it to filter coffee.


esquire (n) = a man of the English gentry ranking next below a knight; a polite title added after a man's surname (instead of using Mr.), usually written on envelopes as 'Esq.'.

e.g. His name is Matthew Surrey Esq. 

establish (v) = to make firm or stable; found; to set up; to gain acceptance or recognition

e.g. Their business was established in 1901.
